“Exceptional. Gigi exceeded in every way. What really made it was the staff. From the manager Josue, the chief waitress Xinia to the rest of the staff nothing was too much trouble. The 4 rooms are exceptional with their own private plunge pools. The restaurant provides a high level of food at breakfast and dinner. Try to have dinner in the romantic pagodas. The beach is rocky and not suitable for swimming. However this means that they are quiet and provide a backdrop to sitting and listening to the waves. The sand beach at Playa Carmen is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The resort has been open less than a year and I would suggest you go at your earliest convenience before the world discovers it.“
